Not a Bug, It's a Feature

Why do you think young lawyers and polisci graduates want to go o Washington? It's not to be menials and flunkies. Washington is where the power is. They have to do their apprenticeships but in due time they get to crack the whip over vassal America. Anyone who has achieved a degree of success thinks twice about being outspoken on issues. When everything is a crime we are all felons. In due time the lawyers rise to positions where they can collect their payoffs from corporate America.

So IRS, SEC, FEC, EPA, DOJ etc. etc. scandals? Par for the course. This is what it's all about. In due time the heads that will role will be in Inspector Generals' offices. Wait and see.
