Actions Have Consequences

Well we cut and ran in Vietnam. Oh no the dominos didn't fall but these many years later look what is happening.

The Chinese are bellicose about offshore oil and are busy bullying everyone, including Vietnam, The Phillipines, Taiwan and Japan.

The Nort Korean midgets are threatening preemptive nuclear strikes. I think PyongYang just shouldn't wake up next week.

So South Lorea, looking back on Vietnamand considering the reliability of their "ally"are thinking maybe its time to rearm. What do you think the Japanese will do?
