11,000.youth graduating from NYC public schools cannot read well enough to do community college work. Why? The answer is both simple and complex but almost all can be traced back to liberal social welfare and education policy.

So liberal policy gives us the new liberal education. The stupid tools of liberalism will chatter away about this but the Bill Ayers, and the Saul Alinskys all recognize this as "working as planned". Ignorant voters are easier to enslave.
